Grand Circus has always believed in the power of education to open doors. Since 2013, we’ve helped thousands of people launch meaningful careers in technology. Today, as part of Dexian Talent Development, we partner with workforce agencies, veterans’ programs, and community organizations to expand access to training and create stronger pathways into high-demand jobs.
Our Programs
- Bootcamps for New Careers – Intensive sponsored training programs in JavaScript, C#.NET/Java, and Data Analysis with Python. Bootcamps are designed to help participants gain the skills needed for in-demand tech jobs and prepare for long-term career growth.
- Workshops for Targeted Skills – Short-format training programs that can be sponsored for a full group or cohort. These sessions provide focused upskilling or reskilling in essential areas of technology and can be customized to meet the needs of veterans, workforce participants, or other community-based learners.

- Workforce Development Agencies – Partnering with local, state, and national programs to sponsor group training that bridges participants into technology jobs.
